June saw the release of our new Tradeshift integration, a new report on the performance of individual rooms and a host of work flow and user interface improvements.

Tradeshift integration

CareHQ now integrates with Tradeshift to allow invoices and credit notes to be sent to NHS organisations from CareHQ via the NHS SBC's only preferred e-invoicing platform - Tradeshift.

There are no additional costs associated with setting up and running the Tradeshift integration. If you're using CareHQ for invoicing and would like to set up the Tradeshift integration please contact our support team.

Room performance report

You can now review the performance of individual rooms across all your locations based on occupancy, days out of service, revenue and the average weekly fee achieved with the new room performance report.

Other updates & fixes

  • Added support for setting the number of results returned per page on all listing pages.
  • Added a new dedicated Draft invoices tab under the Invoices page.
  • Added support for approving multiple invoices in a single action.
  • Inactive non zero service user balances are now displayed for the last 24 months rather than 12.
  • Added brute force protection against changing your password on the Security page when signed in.
  • Added new funding type DTA spot.
  • Updated the room chart to improve visibility of DTA block, DTA spot and Non-DTA bookings.
  • Fixed issue where setting an invalid start time for a calendar event would generate a 500 error response instead of flagging the issue to the user.
  • Fixed issue where the passive generation of an invoice or credit note number could block, causing the page to timeout.
  • Fixed issue where rooms that are not available could be returned by the availability checker if the start date of the new booking was the same as the end date of the existing.
  • Fixed issue where exporting a list of users for the account would return a 500 error.
  • API endpoints now correctly render custom templates for emails, SMS messages and PDFs. Previously API calls that generated an email, SMS or PDF would fail if a custom template was defined for the interaction.
  • Fixed issue where a 500 error would occur if the invoice run was run for a period with no invoicing.
  • The action menu is now visible on mobile devices when viewing a page with a form.
