Tradeshift integration for CareHQ

Tradeshift is the NHS SBS's only preferred e-invoicing platform for suppliers to use when sending electronic invoices.

The Tradeshift e-invoicing platform partnership with NHS SBS offers care providers faster confirmation of submission for invoices than traditional methods (such as email or post) and near real-time tracking of invoices within the system.

From speaking to care providers, invoices sent to NHS organisations through Tradeshift are processed faster and potential disputes are identified earlier. Both strong incentives for care providers to switch to using Tradeshift for invoicing NHS organisations.

CareHQ's integration with Tradeshift allows invoices and credit notes you raise on CareHQ to be automatically sent through Tradeshift. There are no additional costs associated with setting up and running the Tradeshift integration.
