May round-up
May was a busy month for reports with the release of the new sales pipeline dashboard and the introduction of market benchmark reports.
Market benchmark reports
This month we added a new section to our reports that focuses on allowing you to benchmark your performance against the market. Working with TrustedCare we are now able to offer reports comparing your sales performance against the market.
Market benchmark reports can be filtered down to show comparisons most appropriate to your business including by region and funding type. We also provide figures for the amount of data records we're using when making comparisons so that you can gauge your confidence in any given report.
The service has been released in Beta meaning it's available to clients now and we're collecting feedback. There are 2 reports currently available allowing you to compare the performance of referrers in generating care enquiries and the average number of care enquiries received per month by a location. A report showing sales conversion rate is planned for June with 10 new reports planned in total for 2023.
Sales pipeline dashboard
The new sales pipeline dashboard shows all your active care enquiries sorted into columns based on their current stage, making it easy to review the progress of care enquiries through the sales process and identify overdue actions that are holding things up.
Other updates & fixes
- This month we achieved ISO27001 certification.
- To help protect against phishing attempts we've subscribed to DNSTwister to be notified about domain name purchases which might potentially be used for the purpose of phishing attacks, commonly known as typosquatting.
- Checkout / Leave notes are now required if the reason for deactivating / discharging a service user/resident is given as Other reason.
- Primary funding type field for service users/residents is now automatically set based on the associated billing contracts (this feature is only applicable if invoicing is enabled for your account).
- Added a Funding type filter to the service user/resident listings and to the Admissions, discharges and deaths report.
- Added a shortcut to simplify the process of swapping residents between rooms.
- It is now possible to set a list of email addresses to send invoices to. Previously invoices were sent the billing contact's primary email address, this change means additional emails can be set and the primary email address can optionally be excluded.
- Added the ability to export a PDF datasheet for care enquiries. Several users have requested the option to print off care enquiry details so that they can have them to hand whilst hosting an in-person visit.
- Account owners can now initiate a password reset for other users.
- The ability to read Room data via the API has been released.
- Invalid telephone numbers being returned in carehome.co.uk enquiry data are now ignored (previously they prevented the enquiry being imported).
- Fixed issue where Autumna leads were being imported in duplicate in some scenarios.
- Fixed issue where petty cash expenses would appear in CSV/Excel exports of service user expenses.
- Re-enabled action reminders. The scheduled task was mistakenly disabled as part of a configuration change. The issue was identified during a monthly change request review. The issue meant action reminders were not sent (emails, SMS, WhatsApp) for a period of 6 days between 18th May - 24th May.
