November round up
In November we introduced a new location performance report, a balance overview for service user ledgers, and shortcuts to speed up changes to bookings.
New location performance report
The new location performance report is available within Reports > Sales and provides a table of key metrics for each location within your portfolio for the last 28 days. The table provides figures for the number of enquiries received, home visits, assessments, admissions vs. discharges and revenue generated.
New resident balances overview
A new balances overview is now available under Ledgers > Service user balances, the overview displays a list of all active resident expense balances as well as the number of days any balance has been overdue.
Other updates & fixes
- A new short cut has been added to simplify the process of changing the room rate for a service user. Select the Change rate button under the Bookings tab for service users.
- A new short cut has been added to simplify the process of discharging a service user. Select the Discharge button when viewing a service user.
- You can now specify a date range when exporting an expenses statement for a service user.
- Permanent vs. Respite service user numbers are now displayed on the occupancy report.
- Location column added against service users in the admissions, deaths and discharges reports.
- The date a service user checked out from a home is now displayed within the deactivated banner when viewing a service user.
- Resolved issue where account owners did not receive location specific notification emails (for example service user admission and discharge emails).
- Resolved issue where updating a pinned comment from the care enquiry or service user page returned a 404 page.
- Resolved missing validation of the end date field within the move room feature.
- Resolved issues with styles where field borders were not visible on some iOS versions.
- Resolved issue where error message did not display against the given age field when adding a service user preventing a service user being added but not indicating which required field was missing.
- Resolved issue where inbound SMS messages from service user contacts were not being displayed against the service user.
- Resolved issue where Save & New button would error when adding a document to a care enquiry.
- Fixed issue where invoice run would error when no invoices were scheduled for the selected billing period.
