September round up

Competition report
Get insight on your competition

In September we introduced a new competition report to help identify which competitors you're losing care enquiries to and an app usage report to help you track user engagement with CareHQ.

New competition report

The new competition report is available within Reports > Sales and provides a breakdown of which of your competitors care enquiries are being lost to as well as the type of service they offer (e.g residential care, home care or hospice).

You can manage your list of competitors within the Account > Groups tab by populating the Competitor type and Competitor groups. If you'd like assistance setting up your list of competitors please speak to a member of CareHQ support team.

New app usage report

The new app usage report is available within Reports > Application and provides an overview of the level of user engagement with CareHQ including the frequency with which individual users actively use the application.

Along with the Data integrity report the App usage report helps to identify users who are less engaged with the application and need additional support and training.

  • Change log can now be viewed for a service user billing contract.
  • Invoices listed in the Invoices tab for location contacts can now be selected to view them.
  • The select all invoices option for invoice runs is no longer disabled when there are invoices with discrepancies, however, only invoices without discrepancies are selected.
  • Resolved issue where positive billing discrepancies would be flagged incorrectly in some scenarios.
  • Resolved issue where incorrect dates would be set against a line item description in some scenarios.
  • Invoices associated with a service user or contact that has been deleted can now be viewed and updated.
  • The error message presented when attempting to add a user with an email address that is already registered has been updated to explain the issue clearly.
