Brevo integration now available
Today we released Brevo integration for CareHQ, automating the process of keeping your contacts on CareHQ up to date with your Brevo contacts.
Our Brevo integration automatically synchronises care seekers, resident key contacts (such as family and friends), as well as location contacts (such as social workers, suppliers, local authorities, etc.) and companies with your Brevo account.
Brevo integration can be set up in a few simple steps:
- Create an API key for CareHQ within your Brevo account.
- Make a note of the list id(s) you want CareHQ to export to (this can be found under the Id column when viewing your lists).
- Speak to a member of the CareHQ team and they'll get you set up within a few minutes.
And that's it. Once the integration is set up, changes you make in CareHQ will be reflected in your Brevo account.
Custom attributes
Brevo's custom attributes can be used to segment contacts for targeted campaigns. CareHQ's integration maps data within CareHQ to custom attributes against your Brevo contacts, including:
- Funding type for the resident
- If the resident requires respite care
- If the resident is on the waiting list
- The current stage of the enquiry process the care seeker has reached
- Relationship to the resident
- Locations
- Location groups
- Contact type
Companies
Location contact companies within CareHQ are synced as companies within Brevo. This allows us to map the same relationship between location contacts and their companies in CareHQ to companies and contacts within Brevo.
Tags you apply to location contacts in CareHQ appear against companies within Brevo, allowing you to further target your campaigns. For example, you could generate a mailing list of social workers at local authorities or discharge team members at ICBs.
Automatic removal of contacts associated with a resident who passes away
As with our Mailchimp integration, we automatically remove any contact from the mailing list who has a personal relationship (friend or family) with a resident who passes away. Automatically removing such contacts reduces the risk of sending marketing emails that may unintentionally cause additional distress at a difficult time.
