Why else might my upload fail?
There are a number of other reasons why a document upload might fail:
- If the document has no file extension then the upload will be rejected.
- If the document is more than 100mb in size.
- It the document is suspected of being a virus-infected file.
Good to know
We scan every document uploaded to CareHQ for viruses and reject any document that we suspect is infected.
