February round up

API documentation
API  documentation is now available online for developers

In February we released a new integration with TrustedCare, added support for posting comments via the API and published developer documentation for the API.

TrustedCare integration

If you are listed on the TrustedCare website or you're using any of the TrustedCare professional services then you'll now benefit from TrustedCare's direct integration with CareHQ. This new integration means that care enquiries and comments will instantly sync between TrustedCare and your CareHQ account.

We will also be introducing support for syncing appointments (home visits) in March and later this year we plan to provide further integration for the TrustedCare call centre service to allow agents to view calendars, availability and fees information in real-time.

We've seen at least one other competitor stating they support integration with TrustedCare, however, we can confirm that currently CareHQ is the only CRM that integrates with TrustedCare.

Other updates & fixes

  • Added support for fractional values against invoice line item prices. We now allow up to 4 decimal places (hundredths of a penny).
  • Support for reading and posting comments has been added to the API.
  • The order of actions in the search tab has been updated to be:
    • By completed date descending if the filter has been set to show only completed actions.
    • By due date in all other scenarios.
  • Improved performance of the invoice run allowing a significantly greater number of invoices to be generated in a single run.
  • Fixed issue where the invoice run would error if updating existing draft invoices.
  • Fixed issue where exporting some reports in Microsoft Excel would error due to invalid characters in worksheet names.
